NEW COMPUTER SYSTEM.

Repeat Prescriptions.

Please order all repeat prescriptions by the 30th July, you will be issued with two lots of prescriptions during this time whilst we are in the transition period to a new computer system. The link to prescriptions will be down after 30th July until the beginning of September.

APPOINTMENTS

You will not be able to book internet appointments after 7th August, this facility again will re-open in September.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.

Your unique identification number/password will change with the new system. Please ask at reception for a new password. THIS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL SEPTEMBER.

Telephone Advice

If you have a query or wish to speak to the doctor or nurse, phone 01455 271445.  If it is not convenient for you to be put through, the receptionist will take a message and pass this onto the doctor or nurse to return your call. 

Alternatively, you can ring NHS Direct for medical advice - 0845 4647
