NEW COMPUTER SYSTEM.

Repeat Prescriptions.

Please order all repeat prescriptions by the 30th July, you will be issued with two lots of prescriptions during this time whilst we are in the transition period to a new computer system. The link to prescriptions will be down after 30th July until the beginning of September.

APPOINTMENTS

You will not be able to book internet appointments after 7th August, this facility again will re-open in September.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.

Your unique identification number/password will change with the new system. Please ask at reception for a new password. THIS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL SEPTEMBER.

Ordering Repeat Prescriptions

It is now possible to order repeat prescriptions on line. If you wish to make use of this service please contact the surgery. We will provide you with an Access ID and Practice ID to enable you to create an account. www.patient.co.uk Once you have set up your account you will be able to access your repeats and order them on line.

Click on the above link. Click on the emis access box. Follow the instructions. Create an account (you only need to do this once.) You are then free to order your prescriptions.
