Community Midwives

Work with doctors to provide care for women during pregnancy and after delivery and care for the baby for the first 4 weeks of its life.

Community Nurses

Provide nursing care for the housebound and convalescent patients. Messages for these nurses can be left by phoning them on 01455 441063

Health Visitors

Visit all families with children under 5. They are particularly expert in child care and development and should be contacted directly on 01455 271655 in such matters. They provide information, advice, and support to all age groups, especially in times of stress

Temporary Road Closure of: Station Road, Burbage Common Elmesthorpe

Station Road will be closed between Wilkinson Lane and Burbage Common Road.

Burbage Common Road will be closed at the junction with Station Road.

These roads will be closed from the 3rd June 2013 for approximately 1 week for resurfacing and kerbing works.

Zero Tolerance

We aim to treat our patients courteously at all times and expect our patients to treat our staff with due respect. We take seriously any threatening, abusive or violent behaviour against any of our staff or patients.

If a patient is violent or abusive they will be warned to stop such behaviour. If they persist, we may exercise our right to take action to have them removed, immediately if necessary, from our list of patients.
