Due to the rise in our practice population, we realise that the demand for appointments is high, and that patients are having difficulty in making appointments.
We are currently looking at ways to help this. We will advise you by means of posters in the practice, on the website and leaflets to let you all know how this will work.
We aim to treat our patients courteously at all times and expect our patients to treat our staff with due respect. We take seriously any threatening, abusive or violent behaviour against any of our staff or patients. If a patient is violent or abusive they will be warned to stop such behaviour. If they persist, we may exercise our right to take action to have them removed, immediately if necessary, from our list of patients
Welcome
The Old School Surgery would like to wish a very warm welcome to Dr Ruchira Bhalla who joined us in October. Dr Bhalla will be working with us on Mondays, Wednesdays (AM) and Thursdays.
Changes to The Old School Surgery
Dr Benton has reduced his number of days with us and now works Tuesdays and Fridays.
Dr Rothwell is now working Thursdays instead of Fridays.
